Booking Policies (Summary)

•A UGX 100,000 deposit is required to confirm all appointments and is deducted from the final fee.

•Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled via your Account page at least 48 hours in advance.

•Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in loss of the deposit.

•Arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment and the deposit will be forfeited.

•Sessions may be shortened due to late arrival, with no fee adjustment.

•All services are non-refundable once rendered.

•Services are holistic and not a substitute for medical care. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health information before treatment.
