Appointment & Service Policies
1. Booking & Deposit Policy
•All appointments must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of UGX 100,000.
•The deposit secures your time slot and is deducted from the total service fee on the day of your appointment.
•Appointments without a deposit are not guaranteed.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
•If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule via your Account page or by contacting us directly.
•Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
•Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
3. No-Show Policy
•Failure to show up for your appointment without prior communication will result in the deposit being forfeited.
•This applies to all services, including colon hydrotherapy, massage therapy, yoni steaming, PEMF mat sessions, and homeopathy consultations.
4. Late Arrival Policy
•Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session.
•Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited.
•If time allows, the session may proceed but will be shortened to respect the next client, with no adjustment to the fee.
5. Health Disclosure & Client Responsibility
•Clients are required to honestly disclose relevant medical conditions, pregnancy status, medications, or recent procedures before receiving any service.
•Our therapies are holistic and complementary in nature and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
•By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they are receiving services at their own discretion and responsibility.
6. Suitability of Services
•Some services may not be suitable for certain conditions.
•We reserve the right to decline or modify a session if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for a client’s current health status.
•In such cases, rescheduling or alternative recommendations may be offered.
7. Hygiene, Comfort & Respect Policy
•Clients are expected to maintain basic hygiene and treat staff and fellow clients with respect.
•Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

•Deposits are non-refundable except where cancellation is made within the stated policy timeframe.
